Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management staff while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter zones to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear activity logs and incident reports for Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report access concerns or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when directed by site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
