Armorous is seeking a dedicated Security Officer for low income housing sites in Napa, California. You will conduct hourly patrols, monitor entrances, control access, and maintain a visible presence to deter crime while ensuring tenant safety and staff support across properties.

The role requires a valid BSIS Guard Card, ability to stand for long periods, and strong customer service. Shifts include Saturday and Sunday with weekly direct deposit, competitive pay, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8-Hour Initial Training Certificate and 32-Hour continuing education certificates.
• Experience working graveyard shifts.

Job Description

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding properties, deterring criminal activity, and ensuring the safety of businesses, construction sites, and residential communities. Your role requires vigilance, strong decision‑making, and excellent communication skills to handle security incidents effectively. Officers conduct hourly tours, secure premises, manage access control by checking in and out guests, and verify all entrances and exits.

Shifts

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

$21.00 per hour
