Job summary

Armorous is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to safeguard HOA properties, deter crime, and ensure safety across communities and construction sites. The role performs hourly patrols, addresses trespass issues, and handles incidents with vigilant decision-making and clear communication.

Shifts run Friday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with 24 hours guaranteed per week and potential for additional hours. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (required).
• Current BSIS Compliance (8-Hour Initial Training; 32-hour CE).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate company/site vehicles safely.
• Experience working graveyard shifts.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to remain alert and proactive in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols to monitor and secure designated locations.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized access.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter crime and ensure public safety.
• Respond swiftly to incidents and provide support in emergencies.
• Document daily activity, incidents, and observations in reports.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members on security updates.

Position/Titles:

• Security Officer for HOA Neighborhood with Patrol Vehicle

Job Description:

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for safeguarding properties, deterring criminal activity, and ensuring the safety of businesses, construction sites, and residential communities, etc.
Your role requires vigilance, strong decision-making, and excellent communication skills to handle security incidents effectively. Officers will do hourly patrols through out the neighborhood, ensure there are no trespassers, and prevent any misconduct on site. Continuous responses to community members when needed, and clearing of park premises after hours.

Shifts:

Friday - - - 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday- - - 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday- - - 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
24 Hours per week guaranteed, plus opportunity for additional hours!

Compensation:

$21.00 per hour

Security Guard Responsibilities:

• Experience working graveyard shifts.
