Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking, access points, offices, and perimeter.
• Monitor visitor, contractor, and delivery access and report concerns.
• Document incidents and patrols and communicate findings to site contacts and leadership.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, assist with access control and badge activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an automotive manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking areas, access points, offices, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location by observing visitors, contractors, and deliveries, and report access concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
