Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, loading zones, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and employee credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations for appropriate personnel.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports while maintaining professional communication.

• Mon 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Tue 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Fri 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, loading zones, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor, contractor, and employee credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation while maintaining professional communication with employees, visitors, and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
