Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes and/or access credentials, and maintain accurate entry/exit records.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, guest areas, employee entrances, and surrounding property.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-control activities through clear and timely reports.

Job Schedule:

• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a hotel or resort location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes and/or access credentials, and maintain accurate entry and exit records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, access-control alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, guest areas, employee entrances, and the surrounding property to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and access-control activities through clear and timely reports in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
