Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check/ drug screen may be required; licensing may be required.

• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to identify unusual conditions.

• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents and observations.

You will support access control activities and use computer or tablet systems as needed while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture. Pay Rate: $18.36 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.


• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, business areas, entry points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential concerns.


• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements, maintaining accurate logs and documentation as assigned.


• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have supervisory experience.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• This is primarily a driving post.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
