Allied Universal in Richardson, TX is seeking a part-time Security Officer for Badge Check Patrol. You will monitor assigned sites, deter security incidents, manage access control, and deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while using computers or tablets to document observations and assist visitors. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.


• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
