Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Credential Verification Driver in Cranberry Township, PA. This role offers fixed, anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $17.00 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license. Minimum requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and successful background and drug screening as part of Allied Universal’s employment process.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Credential Verification Driver in Cranberry Twp, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED 1+ YEAR WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD REQUIRED

Job Schedule: DayTimeSat06:00 AM - 06:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and authorization credentials, maintain visitor records, and direct authorized individuals in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, restricted areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and logs related to visitor activity, access control events, incidents, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
