Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol in Leesport, PA. This role offers reliable, fixed anchors with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, enabling earnings growth up to full-time hours if desired.

A six-month commitment to the designated site is expected. Responsibilities include patrolling, access control, incident response, and accurate reporting.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with location procedures, verifying credentials and directing individuals as needed.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol in Leesport, PA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $16.75 / Hour

• Security Experience:
  • Candidates must possess a minimum of six months of relevant security experience prior to employment. This experience should be verifiable and relevant to the position for which the candidate is applying.
• Valid Driver's License
  • All candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with AU Driver Policy Requirements. This is essential for roles that require driving as part of the job responsibilities.

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
