As an Armed Patrol Professional with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a retail distribution location, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. This role calls for clear communication, sound judgment, and integrity while supporting a caring, reliable team that puts people first.

Pay Rate: $28.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and team members by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout distribution, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain awareness of incoming and outgoing personnel, vehicles, deliveries, and contractors in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, using de-escalation techniques and notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required documentation regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
