Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors and employees while following site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization and credentials, maintain visitor/contractor entry records, and direct individuals as required.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms and critical situations with calm, problem-solving communication to site contacts and emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, work areas, and perimeter to identify security concerns and report unusual activity.
• Maintain clear daily activity reports, incident documentation and access-control logs per Allied Universal procedures.

Pay Rate: $27.14 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM
• Sun 05:00 AM - 01:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify authorization and credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct individuals according to site requirements.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, work areas, and the perimeter to identify and report security-related concerns, unauthorized entry, or unusual activity.
• Maintain clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access-control logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
