Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $27.14 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 01:00 PM - 06:00 PM
• Tue: 01:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a construction location; verify authorized access, inspect credentials, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records.
• Control the issuance and return of badges, keys, and other access devices in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, work areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
