As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and support a secure, welcoming environment for employees and visitors. What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, issue visitor and contractor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with personnel and visitors while supporting the orderly movement of people, vehicles, and deliveries through designated access points.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience - preferred.
• CPR/First Aid - preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
