What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the residential community by verifying authorized entry, maintaining visitor and vendor records, and communicating entry requirements professionally.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated property contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
