Job summary

Marquette Senior Living in Indianapolis is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to help protect residents, staff, and visitors. You will patrol both indoor and outdoor areas, monitor access, and respond to alarms to maintain a safe environment.

The role offers $18.50–$22.50 per hour with shifts across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd. Every other weekend is required, and five days of paid training are provided to prepare you for the duties.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and MVR check will be conducted
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of security experience required
• Background screening, drug screening, TB blood test and physical exam required

• Conduct scheduled indoor and outdoor security rounds
• Respond to fire alarms and emergency calls

Schedule Requirements:

Every other weekend is required, and candidates must be available for five days of paid training!

1st shift- 7AM-3:30PM

2nd shift- 3PM-11:30PM

3rd shift- 11PM- 7:30AM

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of security experience is required
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work well under pressure

Employment is also contingent upon successfully completing a background screening, drug screening, TB blood test, and physical exam.
