Job summary

Marquette is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role involves conducting security rounds, responding to alarms, and monitoring contractor presence across shifts.

Requires a valid driver's license and at least one year of security experience; background and drug screenings, TB test, and a physical exam are required. We offer a long-term opportunity with room to grow in a family-like community.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of security experience is required
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work well under pressure
• Employment is also contingent upon successfully completing a background screening, drug screening, TB blood test, and physical exam

Security Officer

Pay: $18.50–$22.50/hour

Schedule Requirements:

Every other weekend is required, and candidates must be available for five days of paid training!

1st shift- 7AM-3:30PM

2nd shift- 3PM-11:30PM

3rd shift- 11PM- 7:30AM

What You’ll Do:
