Job summary

Per Mar Security Services in Willmar, MN is seeking an Experienced Security Site Lead to join our expanding team. You will monitor premises, inspect doors and gates, and respond to incidents to keep people and property safe.

We offer Full and Part Time shifts, a competitive hourly wage of $17.50, and benefits including medical, life, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement plans. Applicants must be 18+, with security equipment familiarity and a commitment to integrity.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence or infractions.
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows and gates for proper function.
• Warn violators and enforce premise rules.
• Address suspicious or criminal acts and request emergency personnel when needed.
