Per Mar Security Services is seeking hardworking, motivated individuals for part-time security roles in the Duluth area. Positions include evening and overnight shifts with hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $21 depending on shift and duties.

Responsibilities include patrolling, inspecting entry points, deterring rule violations, and coordinating with emergency services when needed. Benefits and career opportunities are available through the company’s programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Familiarity with security equipment is preferred.
• Ability to handle physical workload.

• Monitor and patrol via vehicle or on foot to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
• Thoroughly inspect doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function.
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Report any facility issues.
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations.
