Marquette is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role includes guarding facilities, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.

Shifts are offered on a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd schedule, with every other weekend required and five days of paid training. A HIGH school diploma is preferred, and a background/drug screen along with a TB test and physical exam are mandatory.

Qualifikationen

• One year of security experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required; an MVR check will be conducted.

Pay: $18.50–$22.50/hour

Schedule Requirements:

Every other weekend is required, and candidates must be available for five days of paid training!

1st shift- 7AM-3:30PM

2nd shift- 3PM-11:30PM

3rd shift- 11PM- 7:30AM

What You’ll Do:

Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license is required, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year of security experience is required
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, follow instructions, and work well under pressure

Employment is also contingent upon successfully completing a background screening, drug screening, TB blood test, and physical exam.
