• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and report access-control concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other events calmly, following site protocols and contacting emergency services as needed.
• Complete activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation; communicate observations to leadership and client representatives.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access-control concerns or unauthorized entry attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and contacting emergency services when directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, patrol reports, and incident documentation, and communicate observations or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
