• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to identify conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, verifying authorization and directing guests as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following emergency protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear activity reports and communicate observations and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, including verifying authorization and directing guests according to site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response protocols and promptly notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
