• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner; report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential areas, entrances, parking areas, and property perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe incoming/outgoing activity per site procedures.
• Document incidents, patrols, and concerns in clear, accurate reports.

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Tue: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Wed: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe incoming and outgoing activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related concerns in clear and accurate reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
