Qualifications

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity within the retail location, following established check-in, credential verification, and access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation in accordance with site procedures.
