Responsibilities

• Surveillance: monitor cameras and patrol premises for suspicious activity and hazards.
• Access Control: enforce visitor checks and restrict access to authorized personnel.
• Emergency Response: respond to alarms and incidents and coordinate with responders.
• Incident Reporting: document incidents clearly and thoroughly for investigation.
• Patrolling: check doors, windows, and gates and ensure areas are secure.
• Customer Service: greet and assist visitors and employees professionally.
• Safety Inspections: identify and report safety hazards or risks.
• Conflict Resolution: manage disturbances calmly and effectively.
• Collaboration: work with security teams and law enforcement as needed.
