Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking Security Officers to support multiple client sites in the North of Boston / Merrimack Valley, MA area. The role offers varied schedules including full-time, part-time, day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Ideal candidates are dependable, observant, and customer-focused, with a commitment to following established post orders and procedures. Training is provided to successful applicants in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and reliable on scheduled shifts.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed post orders and site procedures.
• Experience in security or related fields is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Access control and gate duties to verify credentials and logs.
• Conduct routine patrols of assigned areas and monitor entrances and parking areas.
• Interact professionally with employees and visitors; report unusual activity.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; respond to alerts per site procedures and escalate when needed.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and safety concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
