Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring Security Officers for multiple client sites across the North of Boston / Merrimack Valley, MA area. Roles may be full-time or part-time with day, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts depending on client needs.

Ideal candidates are dependable, observant, and professional, with training available. Prior security experience is helpful but not required, and you will follow site post orders and procedures to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed post orders and site procedures.
• Ability to stand, walk, patrol, and respond to incidents.
• Must be professional, reliable, and able to meet site expectations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee, visitor, contractor, and vehicle access to the site; verify credentials and logs.
• Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, vendors, contractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and security systems; respond to alerts per procedures.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, safety concerns, and incidents calmly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and access records.
• Follow all site post orders and safety procedures.
• Represent Securitas with professionalism to clients and visitors.
