Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Badge Systems Driver in Saint Pauls, NC to safeguard clients across facilities in the region. This full-time role requires patrolling, controlling access, verifying credentials, and maintaining security at entry points while delivering excellent customer service.

You will operate with a visible presence, support incident response, and work on a driving post that requires a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license in the state of the job.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and control access at designated entry points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and communicate access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, production facility perimeters, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, access-control activities, and incidents accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
