Position Type: Full Time Overnight Position

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food production location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorized entry, maintain visitor and contractor records, and direct individuals in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and document observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated production-area access points, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting irregular conditions.
• Support compliance with facility entry requirements, including required personal protective equipment and restricted-area protocols, while maintaining professional interactions with all personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
