As a Front Desk Officer in a financial institution, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence while monitoring access, assisting visitors, and supporting security-related operations. Pay Rate: $24.16 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access to the location, help to deter unauthorized entry, and report suspicious activity or access concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Answer phones, provide general information, and support administrative and security-related communications as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
