Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and notify proper contacts or emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeters, to identify and report security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate clearly with site personnel and follow Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology and communications-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Help support a professional environment by communicating clearly with site personnel and following Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
