Job summary

Hilton Nashville Downtown is seeking a Hotel Security Associate to safeguard guests, employees and property. You will be the first responder in emergencies and conduct routine safety walkthroughs across hotel areas, while maintaining a professional, service-oriented presence.

Responsibilities include addressing guest concerns, handling lost & found, and preparing incident reports. CPR certification and unarmed security license are required as part of brand trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Hotel security experience preferred.
• Proficient communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to multi-task and handle pressure during peak periods.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Be first responder in emergencies such as guest illness, fire, or injury.

Position Overview: Responsible for the safety and security of guests, employees, and property, while maintaining standards of service.
