Job summary

Prosegur Security USA, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for clients and staff, and to perform general security duties for our clients.

Qualified candidates are 18+ and must pass training, hold a HS diploma or GED, have excellent English communication, a clean driving record, and a valid WI security license. You should be able to patrol on foot, lift moderately, and work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must be able to pass all necessary training.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in screening, including drug test and background check.
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
• Active WI Security License.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general unarmed security duties to our clients.
• Promote safety by observing, correcting, and reporting hazards.
• Understand and comply with Prosegur and client requirements, as well as post-specific instructions.
• Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, plus effective written and oral communication skills.
• Perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as an Unarmed Security Officer.
