Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is hiring a Security Officer to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff. You will patrol the property, respond to concerns, and ensure procedures are followed, while documenting incidents as needed.

Strong communication, customer-service mindset, and reliability are essential. Candidates must be 18+, pass background checks, and be able to work flexible shifts including holidays.

As a Security Officer, at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa, you’ll be a key part of creating a secure, welcoming environment for our guests and team members. We’re looking for someone dependable, professional, and confident—someone who takes pride in maintaining safety standards and responding calmly to any situation.

What You’ll Do:

• Patrol hotel property to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Respond to guest and employee concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Complete accurate, detailed incident reports as needed
• Serve as a visible, reassuring presence throughout the hotel

Full, open availability to work on any day is required. Holiday availability is also required for this role. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
