GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer!

Ready to serve as a Security Guard in a Concierge role? Your ability to engage with others and build trust is key. This position involves working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, with a strong focus on customer service.

• Set schedule: Monday-Friday 11:00pm-7:00am
• Competitive hourly wage of $17.50 (DailyPay available)
• Must have security experience and at least 2 years of verifiable customer service experience

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Welcoming and verifying visitors, managing access control
• Performing patrols and inspecting security equipment
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions and writing incident reports
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property
• Creating badges for visitors and staff
• Must be computer literate; prior badging experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
