Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies, and assist with emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center buildings, access points, equipment areas, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access activity and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery verification in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate as needed.
• Complete accurate patrol logs and incident reports while staying aware of changing site conditions.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pre-Employment Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a least 1 year of driving experience

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of data center buildings, access points, equipment areas, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access activity and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery verification in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete accurate patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining awareness of changing site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
