Allied Universal in Friendly, West Virginia is seeking a Security Officer Badge Control Driver to help protect client facilities and keep access points secure. This daytime driving role combines frontline security with customer service and professional communication.

You will verify credentials, monitor entrances, respond to alarms, patrol perimeters, and document activity using company technology. A valid driver's license and 1 year driving experience are required.

As a Security Officer Badge Control Driver in Friendly, WV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Access Control Officer at an industrial location, you will help maintain a secure environment by managing site access, monitoring entry points, responding to alarms, and assisting visitors and employees with professional communication. Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, authorizing entry in accordance with site procedures, and maintaining visitor and vehicle access records.
• Respond to access-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, the business, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Report security-related observations, incidents, and irregularities promptly and accurately to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
