Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced, Part Time Mobile Patrol in Brockton, MA, offering flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and the opportunity to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $18.69 per hour, with a schedule that includes Wednesday 03:00 AM - 09:30 AM. The role includes customer service at a logistics site, site patrols, access control, incident response, and thorough shift reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entry points, and the business perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and check credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as required.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities through accurate written reports and shift logs.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Mobile Patrol in Brockton, MA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 03:00 AM - 09:30 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (Anchor Shifts): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
