Allied Universal in Eugene, OR is actively seeking a Security Officer Mobile Driver to protect a technology, media, and telecommunications site. You will perform vehicle and foot patrols, maintain visibility to deter incidents, and respond to security concerns while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work a 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM schedule, Monday through Sunday.

As a Security Officer Mobile Driver - Transportation Site in Eugene, OR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Driving Security Officer supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with site contacts, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including offices, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs for incidents, patrols, access activity, and unusual observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
