Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Driver in Delphi, IN. You will conduct patrols, monitor access, and provide superior customer service at a food/beverage production site while upholding Allied Universal values.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ years of age, and ability to pass background checks and drug screening. CPR is preferred, with shifts including daytime and evening slots.

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Driver in Delphi, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a food and beverage production location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and document entries, deliveries, and other relevant observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
