Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday 3 PM - 11 PM

Starting Pay is $24.85 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and support staff, patients, and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Mon: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Fri: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sat: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Sun: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify security-related concerns and policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access as directed by site procedures, and help to deter unauthorized activity in restricted or sensitive areas.
• Support a professional environment by assisting with de-escalation, providing directions and information, and communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders during medical or facility-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
