• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by following site-specific procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, processing visitors and deliveries, and directing authorized personnel.
• Observe vehicle activity and deliveries; report unusual activity and access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow site procedures, communicating with leadership or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, loading areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM
• Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, processing visitors and deliveries, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Observe incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic, delivery activity, and restricted-area access; report unusual activity, policy violations, and access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and communicating with Allied Universal leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
