• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points at a logistics and distribution location, verify credentials, manage visitor and driver access, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or security-related concerns.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and theft-related activity by monitoring deliveries, shipments, and restricted areas and reporting observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Permissions in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by monitoring entry points, verifying access credentials, greeting visitors, and communicating professionally with employees and delivery personnel. You will support security-related operations through attentive observation, clear reporting, and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
