Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM
• Sun: 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct individuals to appropriate areas of the retail location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the sales floor, stock areas, receiving areas, parking areas, and business perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Assist with monitoring deliveries, vendor access, and employee entry and exit activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
