As a Security Officer Access Control Operations in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a welcoming, orderly environment by monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, managing visitor access, and communicating professionally with employees, drivers, and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and vehicle activity, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, delivery records, and incident documentation in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and follow established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and report security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
