Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and site policies, and assist with emergency response as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Luxury Insurance Concierge in Greenwich, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a professional location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents and support a secure environment. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. • Fri: 10:00 PM - 10:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting incidents and completing required reports.
• Help to deter unauthorized activity through a professional presence and timely communication with site contacts and emergency services as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
