Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer (Full Time, Unarmed) in Saint Louis, MO to protect clients across Retail/Malls and other settings. You will perform routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support loss prevention while delivering excellent customer service.

As part of a dynamic team, you will document activities, respond to incidents, and follow site procedures to deter incidents and ensure safety. The role emphasizes integrity, reliability, and teamwork on every shift.

Competenze

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Loss Prevention Patrol in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional at a premier retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support loss prevention efforts, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate clearly with shoppers, staff, and leadership while responding to security-related concerns. What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
