Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Access Support in Summerville, SC to protect clients across Logistics & Distribution and other sites. You will monitor areas, conduct routine patrols, and support access control while delivering friendly service.

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse, loading dock, trailer yard, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site reporting requirements.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

What You'll Do

Minimum Requirements

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
