Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access at the front desk, verify visitor credentials, manage guest registration, and direct visitors in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, access records, and incident documentation while handling sensitive information with discretion.
• Support a professional lobby environment by observing activity at the reception area and reporting unusual or unauthorized activity to appropriate personnel.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
