Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Lobby Concierge in Morrisville, NC to greet visitors, manage the front desk, and safeguard the site. Your role includes verifying IDs, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining entry logs at a technology-focused corporate location.

You will monitor cameras and alarms, respond to incidents, and coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as needed, ensuring a calm, professional security presence throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Background history considered per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

• Maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and emergency responders as needed; complete required reports and documentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
